Grassroots Adult Day Program is a community-based program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Niagara Region. Our vision is to create a welcoming place where individuals can build meaningful relationships, develop new skills, participate in their community, and experience a true sense of belonging.

Grassroots is being designed around meaningful days — with opportunities to socialize, build skills, stay active, explore the community, and take part in activities that reflect each person’s interests and abilities.
Our goal is to create a program that feels welcoming, engaging, and age-appropriate, while providing the individualized support participants need to take part fully.
At Grassroots, we don’t expect people to fit our program —
we shape our program around the people who attend it.
